Overview

The intelligent purification tank sewage treatment equipment is an efficient sewage purification treatment equipment with nitrogen and phosphorus removal function based on the advanced design concept of purification tank in Japan, Germany and other developed countries, combined with the characteristics of domestic rural sewage which with many impurities, high total nitrogen and phosphorus, and use A/A/0 process as the core technology. It can be buried underground to save land.

At the same time, it has the advantages of light weight, water resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, small floor area, simple construction and installation, simple management, low operating costs, etc. It is widely used in rural domestic sewage treatment. The intelligent purification tank sewage treatment equipment includes two categories: decentralized and centralized. According to the size of the tank, SMC molding process or glass fiber reinforced plastic winding process shall be adopted.

Process Initiation

Oil separation sedimentation tank

It is a method of separating suspended substances from water by using the principle of gravity, removing suspended substances and purifying sewage. If the specific gravity of suspended solids is greater than that of sewage, it will settle, and if it is less than that of sewage, it will float.

Anaerobic tank

In an anaerobic environment, macromolecular substances are degraded to reduce the concentration of organic substances, and the activated sludge from the sedimentation tank enters at the same time. The phosphorus accumulating bacteria release phosphorus in an anaerobic environment, transform readily degradable COD and VFA into PHB, and ammonify some ammonia containing organic substances.

Anoxic tank (part-oxygen tank)

The primary function of this reactor is to remove nitrogen and serve as the pretreatment of aerobic biochemical treatment. Nitrate nitrogen is transferred from the aerobic reaction area through the internal circulation of the mixed solution. Some organics are degraded and removed by using nitrate as an electron acceptor under the action of denitrifying bacteria. Spherical fillers are installed in the anoxic tank.

Contact oxidation tank (aerobic tank)

Effluent from anoxic tank flows automatically to aerobic tank for biochemical treatment. Most organics in the original sewage are degraded and purified here. Aerobic bacteria take the filler as the carrier, use the organics in the sewage as the food, decompose the organics in the sewage into inorganic salts, and at the same time nitrify ammonia nitrogen and absorb phosphorus, so as to achieve the purification purpose. The nitrate nitrogen in the mixed liquor returns to the anoxic tank, and the phosphorus absorbed excessively in the sludge is discharged through the surplus sludge.

The survival of aerobic bacteria must have enough oxygen, that is, there is enough dissolved fluoride in the sewage to achieve the purpose of biochemical treatment. The air in the tank is provided by the aeration device (air pump). The tank uses a new type of filler with large surface area ratio, long service life, easy film hanging and corrosion resistance. The aeration device (air pump) is used to increase oxygen.

Sedimentation tank

The effluent from the biological contact oxidation tank flows automatically into the sedimentation tank to further precipitate and remove the fallen biofilm and some organic and inorganic particles. The sedimentation tank is based on the principle of gravity. When the sewage containing suspended solids flows from bottom to top, the matter is precipitated by gravity. A conical sedimentation area is set at the lower part, and the sludge is transported to the anaerobic tank by means of reflux.

Note: The following items are not allowed in the purification tank.

n   Foreign objects

Foreign objects such as paper diapers, sanitary products, cigarette butts, etc.; paper other than special toilet paper are prohibited to flow into the purification tank. Otherwise, it will cause blockage and failure of the purification tank.

n   Excessive detergent and soap

Excessive use of detergents and soaps will flow into the purification tank, which will cause the decline of the purification tank function and the generation of bubbles.

n   Chemicals with strong chemical effects

The use of hydrochloric acid and other fungicidal solvents, bactericidal, acidic and alkaline agents should be controlled. Otherwise, the bacteria and microorganisms in the purification tank will be killed and exterminated. Please use neutral detergent and warm water to clean the toilet.

n    Excess food residual oil

Excess food residue oil will increase the burden of the purification tank, resulting in the discharge to the natural environment when it is too late to even treat the drainage. The treatment method is to absorb the oil with newspapers before the food residue is poured.
